I contacted Tim on a SUNDAY from out of state about a property I own in Hardeman county. Not only did he personally reach out to me just minutes after my request for a quote ON A SUNDAY, he promptly headed to my property and assessed it and contacted me with a plan of action that matched my vision exactly… ON A SUNDAY. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to make me feel comfortable from 500 miles away.

Tim and crew were very prompt. They actually said what they meant and did what they said! Which is uncommon in this area from for some reason. You know the story— oh sure we can do that but never call you back!! A great job on a very sad driveway with some extra touches added in! Polite and appreciative!!! Not all contractors are the same. Tim and Cody were incredible to work with. They should up when they said they would, they did above and beyond what I had requested even making professional suggestions, and the price never changed. I won't look for any other land works folks. My timber went from overgrown crap to city park.

Big thanks to Tim at Simmons Land Work for fixing a water leak at our business. He responded quickly when I was looking for help and went out of his way to get it fixed as soon as possible. He showed up when he said he would and got right to work! He quickly found the leak and had it fixed in a very timely manner. His price was fair and kept us informed throughout the entire job. Tim has quality equipment and good operators. He recently completed forestry mulching on my farm in McNairy County. The area was very overgrown with saplings and it was ready to sow when he finished.
